COMMUNICATION COACH & DISPUTE RESOLUTION CONSULTANT

About Me

Welcome to Critical Moments – a practice dedicated to helping you build the conflict management skills you need to be able to have those tough conversations. Whether it’s in a social setting, a sporting group, or a workplace, I can work with you to help you to create positive outcomes and restore peace in your life.

With 20 years of experience working with member based groups, I’ve had a lot of insight into managing conflicts. In 2020, it was time to apply these skills to ensure the future success of our family farm in the Limestone Coast of South Australia, where three generations were actively involved. Succession planning, sustainable growth and maintaining positive relationships were key priorities as we navigated the complexities of family dynamics.

Through my work in large membership-based associations and our own family business, I’ve seen firsthand that conflict is inevitable, particularly in regional and rural communities. No matter how hard we try to avoid it, disputes often arise, and it’s crucial to know how to handle them effectively.

At Critical Moments, I’m here to help you make the most of your abilities to achieve peaceful and productive resolutions. By working together, we can turn your challenges into opportunities for growth.

I look forward to helping you create positive outcomes when things aren’t going as planned or if you would like to be proactive and ensure everyone knows how to manage difficult situations to get a great result for everyone.

Why have I included this image?

No reason other than I really like it.

I have always been fascinated by wolves and how their family/pack system works, how they look after each other and work together to achieve the outcomes they need.
